Our Products & Brands

Our current product offerings are centered around the dan&nicks line of buffalo wing sauces. The Medium Buffalo is available for purchase now, and the Garlic Buffalo and Stupid Hot Wing Sauce will be available for purchase late summer 2024. At this time, our products are only available at wholesale to distributors, grocers, and limited retail outlets. We hope to eventually expand our reach by offering direct online sales through our website or an affiliated online retailer.

dan&nicks Medium Buffalo

Our flagship buffalo sauce, this sauce is the perfect balance of that traditional buffalo flavor, a touch of heat, and all the tangy goodness that makes a wing complete. No preservatives, all natural, gluten free, and made with REAL butter.

dan&nicks Mild Garlic Buffalo

A milder base than our flagship buffalo sauce, this Garlic Buffalo is made with fresh garlic and real butter.

dan&nicks Stupid Hot Wing Sauce

Stupid Hot. Because you'd have to be stupid to like it. Using our experience as one-time hot wing judges at a local wing festival, we call tell you that this flavor brings the kind of heat that only staunch wing lovers can appreciate. Made with Carolina Reaper peppers.

We're more than sauces. Also in development is our as-yet-to-be named gourmet coffee and espresso line, roasted locally in the Chicago area and sourced using only the finest coffee beans.

We intend to offer a multitude of specialty food products as we grow into the future. From charcuterie made using our own dry-cured recipes, to tzatziki sauce and Chicago-style giardiniera, we expect our unique recipes to offer a higher quality alternative to the generic selections available on the market today.
